Acting as ARISE! Managing Partner Hikmat Soeriatanuwijaya has dedicated his knowledge, experience, and expertise in the communications field to the global environmental movement for the last 13 years.
He worked for Greenpeace Indonesia as Communications Manager, Greenpeace International as Asia Pacific Comms Hub Managing Editor, and Greenpeace Southeast Asia as Regional Communications Manager. He is also one of the founders of Trend Asia, a nonprofit organization that aims to transform energy and development in Southeast Asia towards sustainable, clean, and renewable energy, people-powered future.
Hikmat was also one of the Greenpeace International trainers for Critical Incident Network (Crisis Communications) training and has been conducting training and skills sharing with external organizations on crisis communications, media training, and responsive strategic communications.

With +25 years of experience in the PR industry, Jojo has served various brands and companies in many sectors and projects across different industries, helping clients craft brand stories more relevant to stakeholders, cultivating credibility, influencing public opinion, and protecting reputations.
He has an accredited communication and has become a verified assessor from National Professional Certification Board (BNSP). In addition, he was awarded the Most Influential PR Person in Indonesia by MAW Talks Awards 2021.
He is currently serving as chairman of Asosiasi Perusahaan Public Relations Indonesia (APPRI), the Association of Indonesian Public Relations Companies and Public Relations of the University of Indonesia Alumni Association (Iluni UI), also as a Communication Department Head of Indonesia Communication Scholars (Ikatan Sarjana Komunikasi Indonesia – ISKI).

Acting as ARISE! Partner SAM August Himmawan has more than 23 years of experience in the communication industry.
Sam has the experience and deep knowledge on various levels of tasks; communication research, strategic communications, campaigns, and developing multiple communications tools and methods (from branding, public relations activities, media relations, advertising, and event activities, through publishing on print, production of audio visual tools as well as digital media).
In addition, he is familiar with CSR & sustainability reporting, knowledgeable, and experienced in various capacity-building activities, including training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Sam has professional experience working with international agencies, the private sector, civil society organizations, people and community organizations, academic institutions, global and local development partners, and government agencies at local and national levels.

Dian Sunardi is acting as ARISE! Partner. She is a Marketing & Communication professional with 20 years of experience working with national and international cooperations.
She has proven her ability to enhance the growth and profitability of the business. Dian is currently serving as Director of Marketing & Business Development at Brawijaya Healthcare Group. Previous experiences include tenure with Ogilvy Advertising and corporate director board positions, including Director in PT Graha Layar Prima, Tbk. (CGV Cinemas).
She also founded Taman Baca Ramah Anak “Cerita,” a non-profit organization that promotes literacy to children in Jakarta, Central Java and East Nusa Tenggara.
Dian studied Communication Studies at the International School of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Amsterdam, The Netherlands, and holds a bachelor’s in Communication, majored in Advertising from the University of Indonesia.
